This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The deck was big and provided a great outdoor space for the kids to play and adults to relax. Scott was always responsive throughout the process of our stay. I will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay. Even better than it looks in the pictures. The deck area overlooking the river was a great place to watch the sunset. I would recommend it to anyone. Easy walk to Gruene Hall and downtown area. Great shopping and restaurants. Never had to use a vehicle. Scott is very friendly and always available to answer any questions. Great host.

Amazing stay! The best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Seguin. Easy to find and access. Very spacious and clean. The kitchen is amazing and equipped with everything you could imagine. Super nice being right on the river. Loved having the grill. Comfy beds. Great shower pressure. TV with all the apps. Responsive and accommodating host. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. I’ll def be staying again !

What a gem! My family and I wanted a place we could be together before the holidays and this was perfect! The house was clean, spacious and perfectly located. We enjoyed evenings on the patio and walking to the water. We felt truly submerged in the hill county and saw some great wildlife. It was nice to walk to town during the day and grab a bite to eat and listen to some music. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous house, beautiful and extremely clean! Right on the river! We were able to utilize the outside fireplace and loved the space inside for games. The location was more than ideal, and so easy to walk to the concert venue. Will absolutely stay again!

Scott's property is a gem within Gruene. Walkable to all cool and interesting places around and at the same time an oasis of calmness if you want to stay a bit removed from all the live music and the crowd that gathers a few blocks away. He was great and very informational about the property and all surrounding places/things to do. The house is pristine, ample and has all the amenities you'd need. Most definitely in our top 3 stays as a family, and we've been doing this for a while so the complements are well earned! Looking forward to visit again.

This is a great place to stay. The house is very comfortable, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The patio and the area down by the river is very relaxing. This is a very peaceful place. Would recommend to anyone. Scott was very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved this house. Not only is it beautiful but so spacious for all of us to stay and have roomy private rooms. Kitchen was stocked with all your culinary tools and needs! The best part was the back patio. It was phenomenal! So much room and the peaceful atmosphere. The access to the river was amazing. This is perfect for a group of couples or girlfriends! So much fun🤩

Great house and great location! Close enough to walk to restaurants, Gruene Hall, shops, etc. Also really enjoyed the back patio and deck. Cooked out one night with our group of 6. Had dinner outside and watched football on the large outdoor TV. Would definitely recommend Scott's place! Vince
