Scott was a great host and we could not have asked for a nicer home to stay in. The location is super handy to everything and easy walking to Greune and all it has to offer. We will stay there again when we come to the area.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and answered our messages quickly whenever we had questions. The check-in process was easy, and the place had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Amazing stay! Will definitely be rebooking for my family and I for our next river stay! The house had everything we needed form adequate space to quality cookware (which is hard to find in an Airbnb so thank you!). We were able to make good use of the river right out back and a short walk into town. The back porch was the most used space in the house and made for great quality time for our family ❤️

This Will Be My Family & I 2nd time Staying in the Wiggins Properties last Summer we stayed in the "Latigo Home" (Next Door) & as Last time it never disappoints! Even though it was a Cold January Days we had Such An amazing time To start Scott is such a Great Host! always making sure everything is well and you have everything you Need. The Home was Beautiful Super Modern, & Clean, My favorite thing is the Kitchen & The outside overlooking the Guadalupe River. The Home is super close to everything in walking distance. We plan to return in the Summertime This Home Is perfect! you will definitely make a lot of fun memorable memories.

2nd time staying here! Awesome place. Has everything you need for a great stay. Super peaceful on the river. Good location. Comfy bed, lots of space. Love using the grill. WIll def be back!

This place was amazing, to say the least. The home was just as described and was extremely clean. It was perfect for our party of 8, wherein each couple had a bedroom and their own private bathroom. The river in the backyard was the perfect touch to make this home exactly what we were expecting. The location was very convenient and close to Gruene, and we were in walking distance to all the amazing restaurants and shops. Scott was very hospitable, helpful and responsive. Our group even joked about wanting to purchase the home, lol! We can’t wait to visit and stay here again..

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The deck was big and provided a great outdoor space for the kids to play and adults to relax. Scott was always responsive throughout the process of our stay. I will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay. Even better than it looks in the pictures. The deck area overlooking the river was a great place to watch the sunset. I would recommend it to anyone. Easy walk to Gruene Hall and downtown area. Great shopping and restaurants. Never had to use a vehicle. Scott is very friendly and always available to answer any questions. Great host.

Fabulous house, beautiful and extremely clean! Right on the river! We were able to utilize the outside fireplace and loved the space inside for games. The location was more than ideal, and so easy to walk to the concert venue. Will absolutely stay again!
